Patient arrived in office complaining of a sensation of severe burning & pain in her eyes. Under slit lamp she had significant positively staining epithelial keratitis that was worse in the right eye.

Image 3 – Right eye immediately after removal of soft contact lens
Image 4 – Right eye stained w/ flourescein after removal of soft contact lens on Day 3, initial defects are resolved & the tear film distribution is normal
