Exposure Keratopathy as a sequelae of chronic Dry Eye
Patient arrived in office complaining of dryness due to incomplete blink
Image 1 – Patient with incomplete blink now with amniotic membrane and contact lens on top
Image 2 – Three days later, 2 day f/u, with CL on can see amnion is degraded fully
Images 3 and 4 – With contact lens off and cornea stained – showing complete resolution of inferior keratitis
