Treating Herpetic Keratitis OS with Aurora

Dr. Alexander Kabiri recently treated a patient with suspected herpectic keratitis OS with Aurora.

One of the most asked questions about Aurora is about the aperture — without the entire cornea covered in amnion, will the healing cascade be any different?

Our answer is sometimes less CAN be more. Aurora has the healing capabilities of traditional AMT while not obstructing patient vision.

The results and pre-/post-treatment images are below. Thank you, Dr. Kabiri for being our biggest champion!
